Shipping times:

Local orders take 8-15 business days to be delivered to you and we ship within 2-5 business days.

International orders take 15-30 business days to be delivered and we ship within 2-5 business days.

Please note, shipping time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

Max delivery time from the date of the order is placed - 60 business days.  If the package is delayed a full refund cannot be applied until after the 60th business day.

This does not include our 2-5 processing time.

All shipping times excludes clearance/custom delays.

Packages with electronic devices that include one or multiple lithium batteries may take longer due to airline restrictions and policies that vary.

Oversized products may be delayed due to packaging requirements during delivery transit times and may vary through each checkpoint upon delivery.

Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders. Please contact us if you don't receive one within 24 hours and for further questions refer with that order id for shipping query.
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can.

Please allow 2-5 business days to start to ship your order.

Tracking numbers will be updated 3-5 days after your oder has been shipped.

Business days do not include weekends. Even though we operate 24 hours, courier services, and border customs have different hours of operation and they range differently in every country.

General Inquires about when your package will be received also varies with customs and when they release your package.

Every country is different when packages reach customs, so please be patient. We do not have control on how long customs keeps your parcels or the check points between. We ship out your products within 2-5 business days.

To make sure that your product(s) get delivered, please ensure your billing and shipping address is correct before finalizing your order.

If we made an error, we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.

If the address was incorrectly entered and the shipped package is lost, then the customer is responsible for searching for the package themselves with the courier company.

If the package is deemed lost by the courier, we are not responsible for the replacement.

The customer must then order again and ensure the address is correctly entered.

If the courier company attempts to deliver the package and is unsuccessful, either because you (customer) are not home, or because you do not have a proper mailbox for the package to be dropped-off, it will now be up to you to contact the courier before they ship the package back to us (usually after 2 weeks of failed attempts).

The courier will attempt to contact you by phone, email, or leave a message on your door. If the delivery attempts fail and the package is returned back to back to us, you will be responsible for the shipping charges if you want this to be re-delivered to you.
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them. After 6 hours, you may be charged an administration fee.

Please note: The order cannot be canceled once the package has been shipped. If you cancel your order mid-shipment, you will not receive a refund.
If you have misspelled or autofilled and incorrect address, kindly notify us via email within 6 hours.

If your package has been shipped before a change of address, we will not be able change the address upon shipment and no refund will be given.
If you have ordered multiple items or bulk of the same items, some packages maybe separated during the shipping process.

Return Your 100% satisfaction is important for us.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions, returns will not be accepted at this time.

This includes the following:  

Sale Item(s) - Including Item(s) of Final Sale.

Discounted Products - Purchased Individually or in Bulk.

Items you have already Built, Constructed and or Assembled.

Open Boxed Items


If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% store credit/or full refund. We require proof of damage, or if product was a faulty upon delivery of item(s). Ex: Pictures and Video.

Discontinued items are final sales and therefore cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged with store credits.

Please note the customer shall bear the shipping costs of the product to the manufacturer unless the product is damaged or does not meet the description.

We do not accept refunds if the customer just does not like the product or changed their mind.

If your package was deemed delivered with proof of delivery by the courier, and attempts were made to deliver your package and it is returned back to shipper, you do not qualify for a refund. Packages are destroyed if returned due to Covid-19 protocols.

If you fail to pick up your package at your local courier's office and/or designated pick up station, and/or if your delivery has a failed attempt and it is returned and/or you do not pick it up, you do not qualify for a refund.

If you would this happens to you and you will still like the product you have ordered, you will need to re-order your item of choice and bare costs of the item. Shipping is still free.

Damaged or Defective If in such an event your item has been damaged or defective, we are more than willing to help you.

We can do the following:

Replace the item - shipping costs are included.

Replace the part - including missing parts upon purchase.

Provide a 100% store credit to the item purchased.

Refund to the original method of payment.
We do not exchange any products for whatever reason:
If you change your mind, would like another product similar or different in colour or size to the one you purchase or would like another model of the current purchased product or a different product.
No products will be exchanged.
